Question about Canon CanoScan 9950F Flatbed Scanner
My scanner recently started making strange noises and stopped working. It was well taken care of and I'm not sure why it stopped working.
Tips for a great answer:
I am a Support Engineer with Xerox Scanners.
If scanner is stopping @ 98% is normally due t oa communication problem. Make sure USB cable is conencted to rear of PC ,and cable is no longer than 6ft..
