I have installes windows 7 ultimate in my asus p4 motherboard but sound is not coming inspite of plugging speakers its shows unplugged

Try with another pair of headphones or speakers. If the computer is not recognizing there are audio devices plugged in there may be a problem with the audio jacks or sound drivers.

Having all of the windows updates and drivers updated (inside Device manager) will help.

Sound is not coming

Check for the "Default Device" it should be the one you are hoping to use. Look in Control Panel in the Audio and Language section. Hope this points you in the right direction.
