Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I have an hp pavilion zv6000 and when i turn on the computer it says:''error loading the sistem'',so what can i do?

Reload the system with a disk,
You may have corrupted some files or your hard drive may have some errors, so installing it may work temporarily.
Look on the bottom of your laptop, look for a Windows COA
it will tell you your windows version e.g. Vista / 7
Maybe someone you know will have the correct disk to reinstall the system

HP zv6000 won't boot

If you get to the Windows splash screen, but no further you have a software problem, perhaps something easy. But if you can't get into safe mode, then you will probably have to reload your operating system. I can't tell why the OS won't load from your external drive. I would try to see if you can boot from the external on another computer. You don't have to run the whole program, just see if it will boot from the disk. Also, if you have access to another computer, see if you can download and burn a Ubuntu Live disk. That way you can test your external drive on your machine and eliminate everything but your PC hardware.

Hp pavillion zv6000 no disks need full restore...

Yes, the recovery partition is 100% true, and I've actually used it to repair a lot of systems, simply because it saves you time, stress and energy.
It is always on a smaller partition on your hard disk, and it is also hidden, so you wont see it.
To use the recovery partiton, you have first of all take note that you must backup ALL your documents first, because the use of the recovery partition will Actually format your harddrives and restore your system back to the factory settings, i.e the way you bought it.
Now, provided your own recovery partition is still intact and not yet corrupt, this is how to use it.
When you power up your system, Keep tapping the F11 key, i.e the F11 function key.
This will invoke the command that boots up your recovery parttion and lets your system boot from it.
Thereafter, you can just follow the on-screen instructions to complete the recovery, and again PLEASE remember to backup ALL your necessary documents first.
Hope this helps you out.
Goodluck

Can you get into safe mode? If so then do a system restore to the last known date that you know the laptop was booting properly.

Restore factory settng hp zv6000

I believe to do that you have to keep pressing the F11 key when you first turn on the laptop and it should go into the internal restore and you go thru the process to boot the system back to factory defaults
