Question about Toshiba DP125F All-In-One Laser Printer
I HAVE A TOSHIBA DP125F AND WHEN I REFILLED THE PAPER, THE RED LIGHT IS FLASHING AND SAYS PAPER EMPTY. IT IS NOT. I TRIED UNPLUGGING MANY TIME BUT THAT DOES NOT HELP. I THINK IT IS SOMETHING SIMPLE BUT CAN NOT FIGURE IT OUT. HELP!!! THANKS
There is a little sensor flag which you probably knocked out of place. Remove the tray to gain access (plastic guides have a little stop. Just use a small flat blade screw driver and gently pry between steel guide and plastic guide to create a little more gap so the cassette tray comes off the guides completely.
Next, look in there and you will see a sensor flat which is supposed to dangle freely to make contact with the paper. It is a paper full sensor flag. If it isn't broke, you should be able to clip it back in its saddles.
