Dark void the application failed to initialize properly click ok to terminate the applicationn

Hello i will be highly obliged if u can solve my problem . i downloaded dark void and installed it succesfully but when i try to play it it gives a error message the application failed to initialize properly click ok to terminate the applicationn MY PC spec are P4 2.8Ghz Nvidia geforce 7300gt 2gb sd ddr ram 120 gb sata hard disk i have all the drivers updated and also instaleed c++ and physx but no progress
