new batt fitted,no matter which button i press all the remote does is continuious flash the red power light,tried the camera trick but can not see the infra red light,i have tried a universal remote but they wont progrm the tv, which is a tosumi 42 plasma model tom1007 the number on the front of the remote is en-21614c,hope you can help.thanks.
