Question about Microtek ArtixScan 4000tf Film Scanner
How do I check if my scanner bulb has blown? Sounds a stupid question. There is a visible light on inside - but it is not very bright. Everything apparently works when "scanning" but all the scans are black!
Are there two bulbs?
I would be most grateful for advice
If all your scans are black even if you try on another computer, then most likely theres a problem with the bulb, I don't know is your device worth repair, you will have to consider it yourself knowing the price of the product: to buy a new one or to get this one repaired?
