Question about Computers & Internet
I would go to 'add/remove programs' in your control panel and delete this program. Most of these programs from ISP's (Internet Service Providers) do help with their intended purpose, but are really just ways for the ISP to make more money from you.
First of all, if you're not using dial up a 'web-accellerator' doesn't do much. If you are using dial up, trust me, high-speed internet will be one of the best investments you'll ever make.
If for some reason you can't remove this program just use system restore. (Open the control panel, then click on 'performance and maintenance', then in the left column click on system restore. Follow the directions for "restore computer to an earlier time" and choose a date from before you installed your web accellerator. Good Luck!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
