The handle of my 10 cup Bialetti Moka Express snapped today while I was trying to unscrew the top-bottom assembly. I tried removing the remaining handle piece from the top without success. Any suggestions on how this can be removed?

There is a tiny pin at the top where the handle slides into a slot between 2 aluminum walls. That pin needs to be "punched" out. I used a nail and hammer, but a tiny nail punch might be safer if you have one.
