Question about Canon NP 6545 Copier
When I make one copy on the copier, I get an E401 Error stating "switch the power off and on again."
E401 on a 6545 is the RDF (reversing doc feeder) pick up motor or pick up sensor problem. Does the rdf attempt to pick up the original or do you get the error as soon as you press start? Are you aware of how to remove all the rdf covers? The pick up motor has a timing wheel & sensor that need to be periodically cleaned.
