Question about Printek FormsMaster 8003 Matrix Printer
Hello, we have a Printek 8003 Forms Master. We've just changed the cartridge in the printer; however, in the middle of our forms, it appears the tension on the cartridge is not tight enough because the top of the form looks fine and is readable; however, toward the middle of the form, the numbers, information, etc. are printing very lightly, like the tension is inconsistent. Then, the back copies of our 5 ply non-carbon forms aren't near readable. We could use your help or advise on this!
