The cheapest of course. (HaHa) Just kidding! Anyway, at this point most LCD's are pretty similar. Just like buying a television, I would go to a store like Best Buy or Circuit City and compare the pictures and prices, then look for the best price on that model (probably on-line). As for reliability, most brands are pretty equal right now and most are very reliable. It all ads up to which picture looks best to you and what's your budget.
