When pressing call voice mail, it says mailbox locked and contact Admin. This is on Nortel T7316E. Calling the user extension gives the company's general greeting.
When verfying assinged user, correct user name shows up for this number.. please help..

Reset your system--Try the following steps--
1) Feature 983, Log 120000, mBox, Change, enter mBox #(i.e.-24), hold Reset....
this changes current password to default password 0000 for mBox #(i.e.-24).
Next....
2)Feature 981, Other (do not enter password, instead go to "Log"), now enter the mBox # (i.e.-24) plus default password 0000 (i.e.-240000).
Next....
3) Follow voice prompt to change password (cannot start with #0), Re-enter new password (i.e.-246810), Say name clearly, Play name back, if satisfied then OK.
Next....
4)When accessing mBox, Feature 981, Other (shows "Log"), enter mBox # plus new password (i.e.-24246810), this is how you will now access your mBox.
