I finally found the answer and have resolved it in my office. On our version of the phones (DTK3010S) we have a Station button on the very bottom right hand side. For example my Station is 201. So the button says Station 201. Press your Station button and then type "#409". I had to do this twice on one of ours, but on mine it only took once. Hope this helps all!

The telephone service provider usually would request to either install at the location several beyound online jack to make possible several entities communcations. Also, the phone with several line becomes useful in situations where several office spaces require communcations sharing from the same telephone. Considering the number of lines that the telephone provider made avilable at the location, the telephone feature buttons can be used to select several lines of choice only that all four becomes tasked when four telephone connection jacks were established.
