Dodgy if by that you mean sticks or is hard to move then it probably needs cleaned you can take it apart or if you have a warrenty take it to where you purchased it and have them clean it, or it could be the connections on the keypad board but eitherway it sounds like its not getting good connection.

Volume is very quite

Perhaps you accidentally has lowered sound. Usually Panasonic phones are loud enough. Have you tried to turn up the volume during a call by pressing the joystick?

Keypad locked on my bt verve 450

Simply hold the star key in for a period of a few seconds and this should unlock your phone if not it may be a problem concerning a dodgy chip board (common on this model) if brought from retailer take back and ask for replacement stating this is against section 14 of the Sale Of Goods act 1979 (goods are not fit for their purpose)

Where is pairing on the k750i

If you go into S/E K750i menu and into settings, then scroll once to the left and you should see Bluetooth menu (at top?). Enter Bluetooth menu and firstly make sure your phone is set to discoverable in 'Visibilty'? Secondly if you go into 'My Devices' you should have option to 'Add Device' selecting this will scan a 10 meter radius for other Bluetooth devices to talk to.
With most B/Tooth handsfree you will need to set it into pairing mode (this stops anyone logging onto your handsfree) Pairing only needs to be done once, unless you suffer connectivity problems at any time, and is the first thing to try to solve the problem.
I believe I have already sent you a link to the instruction book for the Parrot system you have and that should tell you how to set it into Pairing Mode. Hope that helps? Good luck.
