My logitech keyboard won't work.the mouse is ok

If your keyboard led is not lighting up when you start the computer, there might be a problem with your conection between your keyboard and the port at the back of the computer.

Mouse dont work

This are possible solutions to your problem:

1. First thing to do is to checked the connection of your mouse cable to the port of your computer if it is connected correctly or try to replug or tightening the connection then restart your computer.
2. If the first step does not work then try to checked the roller of your mouse if it is clean, then if not try to remove the dirty part,it is also one reason why mouse did not work(it is the roller type.).
3.If your mouse is a sensor like, try to clean it with dry cotton, check if there is a light inside, means its OK but if not it possible that there is a problem to the circuit board.
4. To checked if the mouse is defective or not try to used another computer to test it,then if it is not functioning now we conclude that the mouse is defective so better to look for a technician to repair it or replace a new one.

Hope this simple information could help you to solve your problem. Mam/Sir don't forget me to rate me up I really appreciate what rating will you give to me. Thanks a lot and God Bless.
