Nokia 6600 slide phone back

nokia 6600 slide phone back light goes off within about 7 seconds cant find out how to adjust this setting, also is there a way to lock the keypad by sliding the phone shut rather than sliding the phone shut and then having to press the menu key to lock.

call slide handeling settings is where you will find the lock
