Hello,

You can start here by choosing "Download drivers and software (and firmware)" in step 1.

Then in step 2 enter your model number and press enter.

When the page opens you will need to choose your operating system. Then from the Drivers section I would choose the full feature driver. Once you click that, you will see a Install Now button that will allow you to immediately install the software and also a Download Only button that will allow you to download the file for later installation. Both of the options will have a link below them that says View Directions which can be used to get step by step instructions for installation of the drivers.

You mean to say CD reader not opening? Use needle to release shutter lock, insert driver cd in and drivr it for software loading.. check fig for easy understand..any difficulty getback to me..thanks

Hello. Before installing the driver for Vista, you need to uninstall the XP driver first by going to Start Menu > All Programs/ Programs > Lexmark Series folder > Uninstall. Restart the computer. Also, check if your computer is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system by going to Start Menu > right click on Computer > Properties. You can download the Vista driver on this link: http://bit.ly/bmvu8D . Click on the Microsoft dropdown found below the page. Choose Windows Vista for 32-bit or Windows Vista x64 for 64-bit. Download and install the software. Hope this helps.

Well, here's the problem.

Lexmark has compatibility lists of all their printers with various OS's and the Z25 IS on the Windows XP
List with a downloadable driver.

Here's the bad news:

Lexmark's compatibility list for Windows Vista does NOT include the Z25.

Sorry, but they simply have not written a driver for your printer that works with Vista.

Yup, if you mean Customizer 2000 when you say "software."

You can go to Janome's website and poke around for it (just so's you can see the neat stuff people are making -- always nice!) or just pop over to this link and download the newest update .

It'll make your MC and your Vista compie friends again. :)

Hp psc 2210 all in one printer

You can't load the software that came with the printer.

HP has a Vista page for your printer. Here is a link: PSC2210 Using Vista

Basically, you need to uninstall the software AND delete the printer from your computer. Disconnect your USB cable. Power up your printer. Connect the USB cable.

The above link gives some workarounds for scanning and importing images.
