Question about Logitech Quickcam Chat Webcam

1 Answer

Hello, I am having troubles with my web cam using on skype. It actually works but just for me. When I call my friend he can't see me on the video even though I do see myself on the skype. What might be the trouble? The webcam seems to work fine but just for me. Thanks for any suggestion. David

My web cam is not working with skype

Hi there.

You have to set up your web cam in Skype.

Do it like this:

Log in Skype.

On the top menu of Skype, select "Tools > Options".

A window opens. Click on the "Audio settings".
Check the microphone and audio is set up as your video/audio card in your PC. If not select your current video card name.

On the left menu, click on the "Video settings".

Set up the friends list that you want to let you see in Skype and test it.

Hope this helps.
