Question about Sony VAIO VGN-FS980 Notebook
Won't open side bar because of Administrator won't allow - it's stand alone and I am the sole user.
Try scanning your pc with a good antivirus. After that create a new user account. You can do this from Control Panel -> User Accounts, and Selecting Create a new account. Then logg off from your current user account and log in to the new account. If the problem does not solve then let me know
