Hi if your phone is asking for restriction code then it mean your phone has been locked to some other network provider due to this it wont accept other network sim ..To fix you have to unlock your phone ..You can purchase restriction code from sites like Theunlockarena.com here they render unlock code for all mobile models at reliable cost ...
try any code three times then your sim will be blocked. If you have PUK code which is given with your SIM card when you bought it, enter it and make a newi PIN code. If you don't have PUK code, you have to ask your operator provider.
Before going to the procedures i would like to warn you that DO NOT ENTER WRONG / GUESSED CODES TO UNLOCK THE PHONE. If you do so your mobile might be in total hardware lock and the phone will be of no use.
- Remove the sim card from your mobile - Switch On the mobile - Ignore the warning message - Type #pw+CODE+1# (in some country 7# instead of 1# is used) - A message will pop up showing 'Sim Restriction Off' Or 'Sim Restriction Removed" - Your mobile is now unlocked

puk code will come with network provider. so you can call to your network provider customer care and give your simcard number. They will give you puk code. By using this you can unlock your mobile....Hope you will succeed...
the network service provider will provide you the puk code when you call their customer service you will need to proof your identity that your the owner of the simcard/phone - they will ask for it. and they will give you the puk code and instructions on how to enter it.
no one else can give it to you also there is no pay for service that could provide the code, only the service provider. its your only option.
