Question about Creative Labs MuVo Slim MP3 Player
I have a muvo slim 1GB unit. & the problem is I have songs in it, the connection between unit 7 PC is fine but I m not able to hear the songs. My ear fones are also working fine. Can anyone tell me how to reset the unit?

man i think i have the same problem with my device also you better go to nearby vendor or register online and ask for the warranty support from the manufacturer the i\o error signifies the device has become corrupt

hi ashrudheen we have the same MP3 player, here is the problem, there is a possibility that your mp3 player need a new firmware to get it running.
here is what you do, go to the link below then click on the "Update your firmware" this method will remove all information in the device, but will get your player up and running again like mine.
