Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Outlook Express error. Please suggest me how to stop it.

Can you get web pages? If so, you may have the wrong mail server typed in your account settings or the server may be down. If you cannot get web pages then hang up and try connecting again. Reboot the computer and try again. If it's still not working and you are not getting any web pages, then data may not be moving across the network properly. Check DNS numbers, remove and then reinstall TCP/IP in Control Panel > Network. Also I can suggest this program OE-Mail Recovery http://www.oemailrecovery.com/outlook-express-recovery.html

Outlook Express data missing.

Offer several options.
1 As the .dbx file for the account has been lost, then you need a data recovery software to recover back that .dbx file. As the email recovery software comes into action when you have an .dbx file where the email recovery software can scan that file and then extract emails from that.
Your case is different, you have lost your .dbx file which means you cannot retrieve your emails.
To recover the .DBX file, through OE-Mail Recovery http://www.oemailrecovery.com/outlook-express-recovery.html
This data recovery software recoveres every file which was recently deleted or was deleted long time back. It can also recover files if your partition has been formatted, deleted or recreated.

Give it a try as it had helped me when the same case happened with me when i had lost my .dbx files.
2 You may need to unhide hidden files to see them. Open Windows Explorer folder and select Tools > Folders Options > View. Check "Show hidden files and folders". Click OK.

Try also to restore the file using this online service. I found it in Google. https://onlinefilerepair.com/en/outlookexpress-repair-online.html

How to receive mails from two yahoo accounts to one place?

Hi Vinay,

You need to configur your microsoft outlook or windows mail or outlook express in such a way that you recive mails from both the account to one inbox. Follow the below steps if you have ms outlook.

Microsoft Outlook Express
Yahoo! Mail users can read their email in Outlook Express by subscribing to the Yahoo! Mail Plus service. This service allows you to use Outlook Express or another POP3 client to access and manage your Yahoo! Mail messages.

Outlook Express allows you to add a new email account to your existing profile. This means you do not have to replace your current settings in order to send and receive Yahoo! Mail messages. Here's how:

1. From the Tools menu, choose "Accounts."
2. Select the "Mail" tab.
3. Click the "Add" button.
4. From the Add menu, click "Mail."
5. In the text box labeled Display Name, type your name and click "Next."
6. In the Email Address box, type your Yahoo! Mail address (be sure to include "@yahoo.com") and click "Next."
7. Under "My incoming mail server is a..." select "POP3."
8. Type "pop.mail.yahoo.com" in the Incoming Mail (POP3, IMAP, or HTTP) Server box.
9. Type "smtp.mail.yahoo.com" in the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server box.
10. Click "Next."
11. In the Account Name box, type your Yahoo! Mail ID (your email address without the "@yahoo.com").
12. In the Password box, type your Yahoo! Mail password.
13. If you want Outlook Express to remember your password, check the "Remember password" box.
14. Do not check the boxes labeled "Log on using Secure..."
15. Click "Next."
16. Click "Finish."

Important: The Yahoo! Mail SMTP server now requires authentication. To turn this setting on:

1. From the Tools menu, choose "Accounts."
2. Select the "Mail" tab.
3. Double-click the account labeled "pop.mail.yahoo.com."
4. Select the "Servers" tab.
5. Check the box next to "My Server Requires Authentication."
6. Click "OK."

To control deletion of messages from the Yahoo! Mail Server:

1. From the Tools menu, choose "Accounts."
2. Select the "Mail" tab.
3. Double-click the account labeled "pop.mail.yahoo.com."
4. Select the "Advanced" tab.
5. In the Delivery section at the bottom of the window, check "Leave a copy of messages on server" if you want to save your Yahoo! Mail messages on the Yahoo! Mail server as well as on your local computer. Do not check this box if you want your messages to be deleted from the Yahoo! Mail server once you have received them in Outlook Express.

If your ISP blocks port 25 or if you're unable to send email, then you will need to use port 587 when sending via Yahoo!'s SMTP server. To make this change, please follow the directions below:

1. From the "Tools" menu, select "Accounts"
2. Select your Yahoo! POP account and click on the "Properties" button
3. Click on the "Advanced" tab
4. Next to "Outgoing server (SMTP), change port 25 to 587
5. Click "Apply", then click "OK" and "Close"

Type this on the address bar of your internet explorer - www.gmail.com and try to sign in using this email address: donpam@gmail.com and check if you can sign in. Now for your other email address:donpam@newnorth.net try to go to newnorth.net and on the right side of your screen you'll see frontier mail, click on that. After clicking you'll be asked to sign in. Now try to sign in using your donpam@newnorth.net email address. You should see all your emails there after signing in. If you do there might be just some setting in your outlook express that has been changed that's why your not getting any emails. So for further assistance with checking or configuring your outlook express, try to call your ISP(internet service provider).Hope this helps.

Outlook Express not accepting my password

If you have entered the correct username and password (sometimes your login will require you to enter your full email address, i.e. johndoe@somedomain.com instead of just johndoe), you will need to make sure you have entered the correct information for your e-mail provider. This includes correctly configuring for POP3/IMAP, as well as any encryption necessary to log in, such as TLS/SSL.

I cannot unblock the firewall to enter my e mail account

Hi!

Are you talking about firewall blocking yahoo when you open it in outlook /outlook express or when you open yahoo in internat explorer.

And, if it is blocking it in outlook /outlook express then go to control panel-> windows firewall-> Exceptions-> see for outlook and outlook express-> then check the box next to it.

Also check the e-mail you are opening, maybe it contains a virus or trojans, and thats why its blocking your yahoo.

Thanks Rylee
