Use a good antivirus like AVG, a free edition is also available..at http://free.avg.com/download?prd=afe
do a update of the virus and run a full system scan..that should help..other good antivirus are Kaspersky,McAffe etc
hope it helps!

I have a virus on my laptop and AntiVirus AntiSpyware keeps coming up telling me enter a licence key, but i dont have one, what do i do?

That's a form of a Spyware/Malware. it will ask you to buy their product to get your credit card info,
It means that the computer is already infected.

to fix that Download Malwarebytes (free antimalware software) even the free version can remove the spyware/malware.
run complete scan and remove viruses
Download Link (http://www.malwarebytes.org/) .
Hope this helps :)

Very slow response esp. when using internet

i also think so, your pc might have been infect by some virus, malware or spyware and it will result to computer running slow and freezes. it is always better to have a reliable software that can help you out with this matter and avoid further damage.

How i keep my pc safe, clear & malware free?

You can keep your PC Clean from viruses and malware by downloading and installing a couple of programs

Antivirus:
AVG Free
Avast Antivirus
These are both free and great, i personally lean towards the use of AVG

CCleaner
CCleaner is a program which removes all your temp files which is usually where malware is kept

and finally
Spybot S&D
Spybot removes any Malware software that has been installed

all these programs are completely free or have a free version

Hope this helps.

Pop up saying you have a virus, i try to go online, or into properties and it keep saying, wmiadap.exe is infected. It always pop up to buy antivirus software.

It seems as if you have downloaded a spyware program such as a wallpaper which has caused you to have a fake antivirus 2009 running. Make an Ultimate Boot CD and run every AV tool and spyware/malware that was on the CD. After running all the tools install your XP SP2 CD to repair the installation Download and run hijack this to see if still have the virus lurking on the computer.

Download the home edition

Free Rootkit Revealer:

These are mostly US sites. All good programs. Not additional spyware/malware

Remember... if you are already infected.... certain malware will not allow you to install or run some anti-virus software.

Good Luck

Malware threats

What your seeing is called Adware, they are trying to make you think you are infected to buy their software to remove it.

What you need to do:
Go to www.ewido.com a reseller of AVG, download the software and run a FULL scan once complete delete the threats its finds.

Thanks,
