To fix this problem, get the firmware update from Philips website, http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/cpindex.pl?ctn=37PF7320A/37&slg=en&scy=US copy it to a USB drive to install it. I had the same problem and it fixed it.

Screen wont show cameras or record

Are you pressing menu button on the monitor or the DVR?
Your problem may not be the cameras, but between the DVR and the monitor. Found this on page Eng-19 of the user manual which I found on Samsung.com
This monitor was set to password lock when you purchase a new set. Therefore, you must first enter a 4 digit password to activate the On Screen Display... the default password is 4321. Not sure if that helps.

Dont startup

1 Turn on the computer.
2 As the computer starts, press <F8> on the keyboard until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears on the screen.
new_note.jpg Note: You must press <F8> before the Windows logo appears on the screen. If you press <F8> after the Windows logo appears on the screen, the Advanced Boot Options menu will not appear on the screen. If you do not see the Advanced Boot Options menu, restart the computer, and then repeat this step until you see the menu on the screen.

Try resetting it. Hold down the middle and menu buttons at the same time and it should reset itself. Then it should go to the main menu. Good Luck!

Menu screen wont go away

Try to replace the key pad board on the side or the remote sensor board on the bottom. they are small boards and cheap. If that won't work, you need to replace the Small Signal Board (SSD Assy), which is quite expensive.
