Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Welcome to FixYa, my name is Steve. Go to Start>Control Panel>Printers to see if you have an icon for the Lexmark. If there is a checkmark next to it and Printer Ready is displayed then right-click on the icon to see if the printer is on or offline. Next, at the same drop-down menu select properties at the bottom. Tabs for Ports and Drivers will be displayed. Ensure that the Ports has USB Printer Port check box is checked. Selecting the Drivers tab will show a status (printer is working properly or device will not start) and there will be an option to update or reinstall drivers. Please repost any indications that are not as I have indicated to narrow the symptoms for me as you are my eyes :) Steve Medley
