Question about Frigidaire PLES389D Electric Kitchen Range
Remove the knob fist off and try using a diff knob, perhaps the back of hte knob has become strepped and/or cracked. afeter removing hte knob see if you can manually turn the switch off,if not replacing the switch seems the likely answwer, they call it a poteniometer, and each positon of "eye" has a specific one so order the correct one
