are you trying to pair it with a phone? or bluetooth headset? if it is asking for a pass word...if you want to pair it with another phone, make sure that both of them has the same pass word, for a bluetooth headset the default pass word is 0000.

since you have not set it, try the last four digits of your telephone number.

How to Unlock Samsung T619:
What you need to start is your Samsung T619 and a NON TMobile sim card. You can borrow a friend’s if you need one.

1 - Power the phone off
2. Remove the TMobile sim card
3. Insert the NON-TMobile sim card and replace the battery.
4- Turn on the phone, “wrong sim” should appear on the screen.
5-Dial *2767*3855# and wait. It could take the phone a few seconds to reboot. The phone will reboot,and the non T-Mobile SIM card in the phone will work,but this is only a TEMPORARY unlock step
6-Dial <span>*7465625*638*00000000*00000000# phone will say it is personalized.
7-Dial #7465625*638*00000000# The phone is now unlocked permanently.
8-Dial *#7465625# to check the lock status.

Mine does the same exact thing. It's doing it now. I warrantied mine twice. I love the phone, hate the demons it's having right now.
