SOURCE: oven wont heat
There is a temperature activated thermostat (TOD) that is located on the back of the oven that would explain the problem you are having. The part can be checked with an ohmmeter and should read 0 resistance if it is good. The part number is 9759243 if your model number in the description is accurate (RBS245PDS)

F2-E1 - Touch Pad (Keypad) Cable Unplugged -
Check the connection between the touch pad (keypad) and control board (clock) to make sure it is secure.
Select the 'cancel' function and wait 60 seconds.
If error code reappears then replace the touch pad, or touch pad and control board (clock) if all one assembly.
It appears your timer/clock has failed in this instance.
For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...
FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.
PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.
If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.
Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.
If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.

well i can see you are probably one of the most capeable people i have yet to meet on this site congratulations and good job so far heres a diagram of what im looking at for your oven http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/partsdirect/showSubComp.pd?imageUrl=http%3a%2f%2fc.searspartsdirect.com%2flis_png%2fPLDM%2fW0308072-00006.png i suppose you could disassemble the touch pad but the likely hood of it working properly again is very low your better off contacting like marconeapplianceparts who stock this part and they can mail the part to your door dont usually see to many people able to replace parts on the electronic control panel so good job again but it really isnt worth the amount of time compared to you being able to order a new touch pad hope this helps please message me back if you have any further questions and please remember to rank how this opinion has helped in your appliance situation Thanks again

Hello & Welcome to FixYa
F2-E6 error code indicates an open/shorted oven temperature sensor and to solve this problem the temp.sensor needs replacement. If you want to be sure then before replacing the sensor you can test it with a voltmeter for around 1100ohms....if it reads more then 1120 ohms then it needs replacement however, if the reading is between 1080-1120 ohms then it is the control board that needs replacement. However, after reading your problem it seems that the sensor is causing this and replacing it is recommended repair. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.
