Question about Computers & Internet
A 6A00 is a purge unit error. Either jammed or stuck or has gone bad. Check your purge unit. It"s the "wiper" which stop the printer
When the ink carrier is centered (automatic when the lid is open) look down to the right of it (far right) about a 2 o'clock position and see the squeegee thing.
It is supposed to be all the way back. Look for any paper residue or foreign objects.
Then take a small screwdriver and pushed on the hard plastic part (not the top where the rubber squeegee fins are) toward the back.
It may help to clean around it with cotton swabs and alcohol (very gently).
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
