My printer doesn't work - Zebra 110Xi III Plus Thermal Printer

Try to unplug the power adapter (black box) at the back of the printer for about 1 minute. If it doesn't work, try to update the firmware of your printer: http://bit.ly/ghfW8H.

If those steps doesn't work and your printer is still under warranty, please contact our technical support team to have the printer replaced.

Power off printer, remove power plug from printer, remove usb cable from printer, pull out paper and check for jams, check toner cartridge, clean area underneath the toner cartridge head, uninstall printer from windows control panel, reboot computer, plug-in printer with a different working usb cable, plug in power to printer, power on printer, reinstall printer driver. All in those steps exactly. If that doesn't work I would say you have a bad printer on your hands.

remove the cable and insert again.if it doesn't work change the cable

try to look for the cassette it is located in the lower portion of the printer you can pull it to load paper

Hi,
Many printers can detect where the movable partitions in a paper tray are. If they get moved from the "Letter" size mark, the printer will detect that and act accordingly. Make sure if your printer has the movable partition it/they are in the correct position.

Windows 7 will just have the printer drivers for this unit by default. If you want to be able to scan, you should install the full version of the drivers which is available from the HP website. Just search for your model number, select the operating system, download and install.

whatever be the OS, get into control panel, go to printers and see the printer that you are using is set as default,,, there would be a check mark on that printer icon,, if not make it default,, and try again, If you are using a usb cable connect the usb cable of the printer to the back usb ports and try,, use the printer driver disk that came with your computer, perform a reinstallation of the driver

reinstall printer
then go into properties, click main, where it says TYPE click plain paper, where it says SIZE click on the envelope size you want to use, then click ok
