I breifly googled up your problem and this came up with a couple of things to try.
http://www.fixya.com/support/t1295113-macromedia_projector_stopped_working
1. run in compatibility mode (xp).
2. when installaing app. run installation from exe file.
3. run installation in safe mode.
4. update software of firmware if applicable.

good luck

Try rebooting the computer. If that doesn't help, Reinstall Macromedia Projector and then reboot the computer. It should almost definitely work after that.

Macromedia projector has stopped

You might try reinstalling Macromedia Projector (now Adobe Flash).

Sometimes if you use compatibility mode to run the game:
  • Click - Start, Programs, Accessories, Program Compatibility Wizard.
  • Follow the prompts to set up the compatibility mode.
  • Use Windows 98 compatibility, and disable visual themes.
Also you could change Apple Quicktime to run video in Safemode:
Quicktime Player > Edit > Quicktime Preferences > Advanced > and under Video Change from DirectX to Safe Mode (GDI)

You may need to reinstall Quicktime, but uninstall the old version first.
