SOURCE: how to reset Cisco Aironet 340 Wireless bridge?
Aironet 340 Series Bridge
For Software Version 8.65 or Later
If you forget the password that allows you to configure the 340 bridge
through the console port, you must completely reset the configuration. Complete
these steps in order to delete the current configuration and return all
settings to the factory defaults:
see this link 340 Wireless Bridge
For more information, refer to the
Cabling
Guide for Console and AUX Ports.
Note: These instructions describe HyperTeminal. Other programs are
similar.
Turn the unit off and then back on.

Hmmm..., I assume you are using Windows..... Try just going to the Network, see if you router shows up if so.... Click on it... It should ask for a pin type in the pin that usually can be found on the bottom of your router... If not reset to factory defaults and in your broswer type in your IP address, do not use autoconfiguration.... On all Linksys routers the default username is admin (with the password left empty) from there you can set your password and configure your router for use.... Hope this helps ;)

Also be sure you statically set your computer's IP to 10.0.0.2 with a default gateway of 10.0.0.1 (10.0.0.1 is the default IP that the AP assigns itself when you boot it into recovery/flash mode), of course you can change all of this via the command line, however, it may just be easier to leave them defaulted.

SOURCE: how to delete the firmaware
The flash procedure overwrites the installed firmware. If you delete it before hand, it won't fire up to accept the new flash. The only way you could do that would be if you had a chip programmer, which means removing the chip, inserting it in the programmer, then reinstalling the chip. Expensive, and not for the layperson.
