When replacing any clutch it is necessary to match the finger or diaphragm height and also the throwout bearing height. If either aren't the same that difference is magnified at the other end of the fork. Can't tell you if you lost anything ...I'm not there. Generally you can compensate for any difference by using a threaded sleeve on the rod.and add a piece of threaded rod on the end to mate with the fork. (use jam nuts after adjustment to keep it from moving). I've also seen the same problem with some remanufactured pressure plates if too much material is removed during re-facing. Only other option is to remove and measure everything. No adjustments on the linkage anywhere??.
Hello,
Here is where to get a replacement waterproof remote - http://www.jensenmarinedirect.com/jensen-waterproof-wired-remote-control.html With these marine radios the faceplate is usually the first thing to fail from water damage. Not that your is water damaged but because of this finding a used one is impossible on the net. You will have to contact Jensen for to see if they have the faceplate available separately. http://audiovox.com/jensen/ Good luck.
Regards,
Tony
Try www.TripodQuickRelease.com for that part. There is listed the widest selection of quick releases and support more brands than any other web site I’ve seen.
The car security is not connected to a head unit. It probably has a small blinking red light on it which blinks when you remove the faceplate and switch the ignition off. This is just an indicator which lets people see that the face plate is removed.
You can replace the headunit with any brand/model you want. It would be cheaper than buying a replacement faceplate.
