When I edit a profile to vibrate when I get a call, there is no vibration. This is even the case with the standard vibrate profile provided with the phone. Not sure if this has been a problem since day 1 or not. Unfortunately I'm past warranty period. Ideas?

As dijikul suggests it could be a hardware fault or profile settings. If you check your profile settings, by going to profile, scroll to the bottom of the submenu and select advanced.
In the next menu - select your active profile and edit select one of the features you would previously have associated with the vibrate function and check both out of and in holster settings for vibrate.
