You may have a problem with the ink cartridge/toner. Try using a different one and print a sample page.

Printing only left side of a page, right side totally blank

What application are you using to print text? Word?
Try a simple application, like Notepad or Wordpad, to print some simple two-liner text.
Does printer print ALL the text on left side or just the half of printable material?
Even if you are indicating that page size is correct, looks to me some problem with the selection of print area.

How do I fix my printer it prints blank sheets it acts like its printing but the paper is still blank I did nozzle and print head checks nothing still blank

I hate to state the obvious, but how long has it been since you've changed the ink cartridges on the printer. If you have done both the nozzle cleaning and print head alignment and nothing appeared on the paper, I don't know what else it could be.
This following suggestion is very rare - if you recently replaced the cartridges and your printer hasn't printed since then, it is possible that you installed them incorrectly; OR perhaps you left the head protector tape on the cartridge. But then it wouldn't "see" the cartridge.
In the "rare" situations, you should try to remove and replace the cartridges to assure that they are properly installed.

Dell 1110 faded print left side

If you have trid a different toner cartridge, then I would first try a new drum (not sure if toner & drum are in same cartridge, some are so you will have to check that) If not that, then I would suggest the transfer roller bar would be my next suspect if the printer has a lot of copies done on it.

My Dell cn3110 color laser printer is making faint gray bands down the left and right margins of each page. They are wider on the left side, and irregular, but mostly in the form of diagonal streaks. ...

This is caused by partially blocked ink nozzle. So Apply a folded tissue paper to the ink nuzzle and press firmly. If the tissue comes off well blotted with ink it means you still have a good amount of ink in it and the nozzle is not blocked; ink is flowing well. If not blotted or scantily blotted, it means ink is really low or nozzle is blocked or partially blocked. To be very sure of this, place nuzzle in a plate/saucer with a bit water so that the nozzle is soaked. Leave for about 10 minutes. Then apply the tissue again. If still not well blotted it means ink is really low or empty. If new you should return it for a replacement. In the case of blocked nozzles, the procedure may be repeated over to get results.

Good luck & God bless!

My printer consistently prints black dots/blots on the left-side of the page (2-3 per page). What can I do to get rid of these dots?

Make sure the printer cartridge is not punctured or damaged. You can check this by taking out the cartride and look for ink spilled on it.
