Question about SanDisk Sansa c150 MP3 Player
Hi I purchased the c150 a few days ago and have been uploading music onto it over the past few days. after uploading some songs it has now frozen on the screen that says "Start Update BrowseDB" I have tried taking the battery out and starting it up again but it doesnt do anything because it freezes at this screen right after the SanDisk intro screen. I've tried pluggin it into the computer but that doesnt do anything and the computer wont recognise it when its plugged in. any help will be greatly apprecited - Dale
The secret to treating brain damage on the c150 is to definitely use the <http://www.sendspace.com/file/7ge9cr> download. This is a *.rar file and you need to also download the 7zip freeware program to extract the contents of the file to a folder. Read the *.txt message in the folder and follow the directions and you will be back in business. Your c150 will probably occasionally have a relapse so keep the folder on your computer. This works!

I also have this problem.
It is completly frozen..as in it will not do anything except stay on one screen. Its not only when you download Ken.
It does not respond to my computer either
Someone from another site suggested i i download this
but i can't figure out how to make it work.
I'm really not good with technology.
I called sandisk and emailed them.
It has been a week since i emailed and have not gotten a response.
And when i called all i got was a recording telling me to email them!!!
I am so frustrated.

It's normal.i'm experiencing that everytime i download new songs coz your memory is updating the new content/tracks in it. you just have to wait maybe 1-2 minutes... it depends on how many songs you put in it.
