Question about U-Line Wine Captain (2015WC) Wine Cooler

Water seeping out the bottom of my wine cooler

I noticed that the side of my wine cooler was seeping water and lifting up the wooden floor boards.

I checked underneth and saw that the "coil" area had lots of dust.
Also, it appears that the on and off buttons do not seem to work.
Water cumulates at the bottom section of the cooler and also seems to seep out side.

The unit is set at the highest temperatures
    65 degrees for red wine
    50 degrees for sparkling
    55 degrees for white
When I measure the temperature in the box the reading was 16 degrees.
three bottles of wine actually froze at the bottom of the cooler.
As far as I know it has not shut off in the three days I have been watching it.
I just placed it in energy saver mode.
It did say that red wine zone T short-what does that mean. Could not find anything in the user guide. Any suggestions?

Your on/off switch operates the light only. Some thermostats you need to turn counterclockwise until it stops then there's a hard turn to off position.U-lines winecaptains needs to be sealed and also in little humidity. Check seales and try to find out where the leak is exactly.

There should be a drain pan that you will periodically remove. Condensate (water) is a normal byproduct of all refrigeration devices. Also look for a drain fitting that you can run to a waste line.

Beeping will not stop on wine cooler - red wine side

Beeping usually indicates that something has gone wrong. Probably not cooling properly. The water coming out would indicate that the unit has defrosted. Turn the unit back on again and see if the red side is cooling properly. Some wine fridges have independent evaporators which allows different cooling temps in different parts of the cabinet.

Edgestar wine cooler blowing fuse on the left side circuit board

If you have replaced the circuit boards it's probably associated with a wiring short circuit or compressor failure. Suggest you get a professional technician to further investigate the fault. In the interim check for a short to the frame of the unit, an internal light or for moisture issues or a condensation issue from water.

The fans in my cooler stopped working. how can I fix, or replace them ? I have an DCW283BLS Model

There are 3 fans in this unit. One high up in the back panel for defrost (which should seldom run), and two inside the box with the LED's that divide the compartment into upper and lower areas. All are interchangeable. Replacement parts are available through Sears Parts Direct.
If you intend to do the repairs yourself, make sure the cooler is unplugged when working on it. To gain access to the two fans in the divider box, remove the wine racks to give you more room, and just remove the four screws holding the top of the divider box on and lift it off. One of the fans is directly behind the PC board and the other is inside the 8x10 foam box to the rear of it. Be careful with this foam box, it is delicate. To gain access to the fan inside, use a thin bladed knife or razor blade to delicately separate the top from the sides.
Before replacing fans, try tracing the leads from the fans to the PC board and swapping the plugs for the fans on the PC board and plugging the cooler back in to see if any of the fans are working. Make sure you restore the plugs to their original positions. If all three fans are not working, the problem may be the PC board or the thermocouples.

Marvel wine cooler leaks water

All coolers produce water as a result of condensation which occurs when air is cooled. The water appears upon the radiator (technically called the evaporator) inside the cold area of the cooler. When the water drips off of the radiator, it is caught by a pan which may or may not be a removable piece. The pan should lean toward the rear of the cooler and the water should pour into a drain tube. The drain tube should lead down into the compressor area of the cooler and deposit the water into another pain which is outside of the cooler where it should evaporate back into the air. Sometimes "cardboard" fins are used to help the water evaporate. Sometimes a pan with a huge surface area is used to help the water evaporate. Other times the pan is literally on top of the compressor. Make sure the cooler itself is level. Make sure room air is able to move over the pan where the water is supposed to evaporate. Make sure the drain hose is not clogged. Make sure pans are not leaking.

Water leaking from unit

It may be the drain line is not dripping into the catch bucket under the back side, visually check to see if the line is reaching into the bucket and that it's not clogged up on the inside of the unit floor. The back panel being wet may just be condensation in between cooling cycles as the frost melts. If the unit is OK with keeping temps the refrigerant charge is likely OK.
