Question about Computers & Internet
ok so i found the frontech site and got the the drivers (which was really hard to find) but nowhere on your camera specs does it claim that it works with vista or xp for that matter. Frontech had only one set of drivers which you can find by clicking here.
if you download the right drivers from the site and install them and the camera still does not work then one of two things is true:
1- the camera was not made with vista drivers
2- there is some damage to the camera or your usb port.
you can install the new drivers by downloading them to your desktop (or someplace you can find them) and double clicking on the file. they usually self install.
if they do not self install go to startmenu<control panel< system< hardware<device manager and find your camera which should have a yellow question mark next to it. right click on it then choose properties<update driver. find the files on your hardrive where you left them and install. by the way this procedure is a great thing to learn for any device you are going to instyall as it is the same for almost every device.
I hope this helps
