Just plug the Guitar Hero drums wireless adapter into the usb port. Then press the power button on the drums to switch them on ,then hold down the button on the adapter and press the power button on the drums again .They should connect ,if not it may be the version of your playstation doesnt work with the Guitar Hero World Tour disk.
As far as I know, ALL guitars for any Guitar Hero game on any console will click when you press the strum bar up or down. There's nothing wrong with it.
The guitars that do NOT click are for Rock Band and will not work with any Guitar Hero game with the exception of Guitar Hero: Aerosmith. If you download a patch, you can use the Rock Band Stratocaster but only on the XBox 360.
The clicking sound is actually very helpful for beginners as it is often used to "time" the notes.
i'm having the same problem. theyre not playing bass because it's on face off and pro face off too. it's also not the gh 3 disc because it does the same thing to me on gh 2 and rocks the 80s. it has something to do with the ps2.
I'm using the slim... maybe it is the type of memory card but guitar hero is the only game I've had a problem with. I just restarted the game and then beat it over again. After it said that there wasn't any data and I chose to make a new one, it said that there was data but it was corrupt. Hopefully it doesn't happen again, but I haven't had any trouble since I started over the other one.
