Blackberry sandglass problem

Could you elaborate a bit more on what is happening. I can tell the your getting the hour glass but that is it. Is that all you get? Have you tried remvoing the battery?

Also have you tried to re image the phone? Go to provider website see if they have either an upgrade os or the same one and try reinstalling it. Backup your contacts though
