Question about Sony VAIO PCG-K35 Notebook
If you can hardly see that there is something there your back-light has probably gone out and a new LCD is in order. It is usually cheaper just to get a new PC though. If it is completely black your LCD might be bad. A couple things you can try... if you have an external monitor plug it in to the VGA out and see if your system displays on it. If it does you might have accidentally switched your display mode. On laptops you can usually cycle through the modes by pressing Fn and one of the F keys. Usually it is F4 or F5 there will be a little picture of a monitor on the F key. Hopefully it is not a bad LCD.
