The main board of the tv has many tiny electrical components on it if any of the component blows off the circuit cannot be completed and so there is no power to the tv.so it is necessary to check the main board to locate that faulty component.if u r having the technical knowledge of using the multimeter you can your self checkout that faulty component and then replace that component with the help of soldering iron.or you have to take it to the repair center to make it proper.

First check out that the poer cord wire of the tv is connected properly to the electric outlet.if its loose there will be no power to the tv.and also try that tv wire in any other electric socket.
if the socket is proper then its the faulty fuse on the main board that needs replacement or it is the faulty capacitor that is located on the main board that is blown off and the board needs minor reparing.
thanks.

You may just have a blown fuse, but it could be other more difficult problems to fix in the power supply. Take the back off, after you have unplugged the set and let it sit for a few hours. Look for the glass fuse with metal tabs on each end, see it it has a black look to it. If so replace it and try the TV again.
