Fuses, relays, and circuit breaker information and locations are given in your owner's manual. An 18 year old car...Have you ever even SEEN the owner;s manual for your car? If it is lost, look for the cabin fuse panel, usually below the dash on the driver's side...most manufacturers use circuit breakers (20 or 25 amp rating) rather than fuses in the power window circuits. You need to go to a dealer to solve that

They may help you once you give them proof
of ownership & a VIN #

They will possibly make you a couple keys

I don't know if you need an owners manual
& have to program them

You should have at least 3 keys that start every vehicle
& one valet key that doesn't

GOOGLE THE MODEL NUMBER OF THE SET (IF ORIGINAL REMOTE) WITH "manual" which would get the owner manual to do this.

Each set is different in this process.

Hi, I don't know what TV you are using this remote for but if you still have access to the owners manual, it should include programing instructions for this remote if it is the one that came with your TV. If you don't have the TV manual, you should be able to search on Google and download it off the internet.

when you remove the fuze box cover it sould have the fuse placement list on the back side
