1. Your memory is too small (upgrade memory to make your computer faster) 2. You have enable too much unnecessary features (Disable some features to make it faster) 3. Too much installed program on your computer (Uninstall unused programs to make it faster)
To make your computer run faster please just follow simple steps 1.make your computer virus free , install a good antivirus and update it also. 2.scan your system to remove viruses, malvares,Trojans etc. 3.Clear registry entries with registry cleaner tools. 4.Install less soft wares on your computer to make it easy for computer 5.At last if your system is very slow then try to upgrade RAM. this also matters for the speed.
it always takes longer when you use a USB connection. if you have the option for firewire cable, then it will be faster. It will also go faster if you exit out of all running programs. for example chats that are running, and other programs that run by your clock that you are not using. like adobe, photo shop, and other misc applications.
theres a few things you can do to make your internet faster. First, you should know what type of internet you have. Dialup is going to be slow regardless. Also what browser are you using? Some would suggest that FireFox is much faster than a program like IE. Either way if your internet was previously faster try clearing your browsers cache. In ie click tools--> internet options -->delete --> delete all. In firefox click tools --> clear private data -->clear private data now. that should speed you up quite a bit.
See there are limitations to Motherboard to support the amount of RAM. You must check out the motherboard manul to see how much maximum RAM you can have. The second issue as you think the speed will be increased, you are right but only if your softawre uses more memory than you have in RAM, because in this case OS swap the data from RAM to disk and it makes performance slow.
Good morning caterer, Well, that's a pretty general question. It could be hardware, software or virus issues that we are dealing with. If you can give a little more detail an answer a few questions, chances are that we can find a fix for you! Is it slow all of the time, or only during the use of certain applications? What are you using for an anti-virus program and how often do you run it? Do you have a mal-ware program on your system? Have you done any housecleaning on your fixed disk? (Removal of old files, defrag, cleaned the registry and such) If you can please answer these questions and tell what you observe while it's running, that will give us a starting place. Will be waiting to hear back from you. Ron-
