Gold Medal Model number 2012 is for a 28x48 4 wheel cart only, it is not a popcorn machine.

Astro Pops are model 2010, have been for 30+ years.

Their Manuals are not publicly available because they have changed many, many times and the odds of you getting the correct one is slim.

What parts are you looking for? and what is the manufacture date of the machine?, the serial plate is in the lower right hand corner of the cabinet, behind the cart doors if there are doors.

Make sure you use CORRECT oil and amount and that STIRRER is moving.

All Paragon poppers utilize tempered glass panels, stainless steel cleanout trays, aluminum corner posts and either plated or anodized kettles. These surfaces can be cleaned using standard window cleaner. You will want to note that you should never submerge a kettle in any type of liquid because it has electrical components inside of it that can short out. Paragon kettles are designed to be wiped out with a clean cloth after each use. Should you have a kettle that gets burned on oil stains you can order Paragon's kettle cleaning kit (part# 1075) which will allow you to clean it to near new conditions. you will need the manufacturer's name, model number of the unit and its serial number. You may contact any appliance repair shop in your area with that information and they should be able to help you. or you could go online to partstown dot com, and order the part directly.

Flavocol is usually pretty good - use about 1/8 cup Flavocol for every 1/3 cup popcorn.

If it still isn't working out for you, try Cinemagic Popcorn packs - they give you yellow popcorn kernels and special yellow butter all in one-pack to give that yellow-popcorn look.
