It could possible be a virus. Use your anti virus to scan and remove them. A good anti virus is Malware Bytes.

it maybe that the anti-virus is blocking it from running you can disable the anti-virus and see how it will behave

take the phone to a mobile shop and have the firmware reflash on the phone to correct this problem.

what you should do is take the phone to a mobile service center and hvae them reflash the firmware into the phone to correct this issue.

go to a motorola store and ask for a software actualization...that will certainly solve your problem...

there is not anti virus for that peticular phone that i have seen....i have the V3i too, so i know what you mean....you are correct in thinking, however that it can get a virus, but only if the virus is aimed to attack your phone...if you DO get a virus, the only way to get rid of it is to do a master clear.......do that by goign to menu, settings, initial set up and then master clear....

it is not likely that you have a virus but you could have screwed up the program on the phone
