Sure,
First things first what do you do to delete your recording?
Did you go into 'My Computer?'
Tell me a little bit more on the problem.

I had recorded voice in PHILIPS (SAXX )which have been stored int the Recordings Library. But when i want to hear, i find a reply the " file format not supported". What to do to hear the voice...

If you connect your player to the PC and select your device in Windows Explorer you should find a "Voice" folder that contains your recordings. The files are named as voicexxx.wav and you can simply copy and paste them to the PC.
If you have problem with this and want to get additional help please define the exact type of your player because almost all the types of gogear are SAxx .

Tsonic 850 does not show the recorded content on any computer

The recordings from FM will go to the folder FMIN.DIR and
Voice recording will go to the folder MICIN.DIR

Before that, ensure that you can see the recording window, and you stopped the recording.

Cheers...!

RECORD

Hey EMURK72,

According to information provided by the manufacturer, you should be able to enable voice recording by following the steps below:

1) Press the menu button ("M") twice to enter the main menu.

2) Press the "+" or "-" button to highlight "Voice Recording," then press the next track button to advance.

3) Press the "+" or "-" button to highlight "Record," then press the next track button to enter voice recording mode.

4) If you press the "●" button when the display screen says "Ready," you should then be able to start voice recording.

5) You can press the "Play/Pause" button to pause and resume recording.

6) Pressing the "●" button a second time stops recording.

If you'd like more information or step-by-step instructions that include visual aides, you may wish to refer to your owner's manual.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron

HELP ON THE SANSA !

Lock your player. (slider at top edge slid so it shows orange instead of white)
Hold in the "Record" button on upper left side of player while connecting player to computer. Keep holding in the "Record" button until recovery mode comes up onscreen. Then you can use the recovery exe file you downloaded from Sandisk and should be back in business.

Only records 1.5hrs of FM radio.

mine usually needs me to stop it at the point I want to end it. that probably doesn't help you any, but see if you can work from there.

Put the device into recovery mode to see if it will connect that way. Recovery Mode - Turn the device off (hold power for 20 seconds) - Slide the hold switch into "hold" position. - Press and hold the "record" button while connecting it to your computer. Keep holding the "record" button until you see the "new hardware found" on your computer. If this works, you should reformat and re-install the firmware. Find it here; http://www.sandisk.com/Assets/File/Downloads/firmware/e200fw01.00.12.exe If it doesnt work, try a different PC. If that doesnt work, try a new cable. If you need more assistance, please add to the question. Best of Luck.
