Question about Computers & Internet
Could be a whole lot of things.
Any beeps from the mobo?
Reseat the RAM.
Are your drives spinning up (hard disk drives)
How old is your SSD (if that is what you have)
Have you tried a different monitor?
What GPU do you have?
From what you have described, it really does sound like the motherboard (mobo) has died, without more information it is hard to tell though.

SOURCE: PC is dead
I assume you installed the new graphics card already. Did you check if your power supply could handle the increased power? If your power supply is rated at 350W or less, I'd upgrade to at least 400W.
Also, ensure that the graphics card, if it has a power connector, is connected properly to the power supply, and that in the process of installing it, you didn't accidentally remove any of the power connections to your motherboard.
The Green LED lets you know that it is receiving power from the wall, and that the problem lies in the computer somewhere.

SOURCE: Tv will not turn on
all you have to do is replace the 25 volt 1000 uf capacitor on the inverter board. there are 2 of them. typically, only 1 goes bad. I had the same problem, replaced the ca, and now it works great.

Here's the fix: Take off the top cover of the projector. Unplug the
wire leading from the two fans in the back of the unit to one of the
circuit boards in front of you. Just trace one wire from fan to board.
Unplug at board. Turn unit on and it will again turn on, show HP splash
screen and then shut down, like it should, because the fans are now
disabled. After it completly shuts down, plug the fan wire back into
the board. Turn the unit back on and, presto, its working again. It
will not turn off.
