English: Hi, I have a Epson Stylus NX400 and it giving me an error "Internal printer Waste Ink pad is full and need be replaced", I has installed a CISS with a external Waste Ink Bottle at the moment to installed the CISS therefore this isn't the problem. How I can resolve this problem. I downloaded the reset utillity of Epson and running it, this unlock the printer but the error still there when I turn on the printer. alex, te tengo malas noticias yo tambien trabajo con estas impresoras llevo 4 dañadas de igual manera, la epson en estados unidos te la cambia antes del año de garantia, es de pensar que seben que tiene su defecto que parece ser no tiene remedio, si llegas a encontara el reseteador me lo pasas yo hare igual contigo.

Normally your remedy is to replace
the "Waste Ink Pad/Pads" with a new one/ones and then reset the
"Internal Waste Ink Pad Counter". The waste ink pads are normally
housed in a black plastic box. They are located in the bottom of the printer,
towards the front, just under where the paper starts to exit. You would have to
remove the "Top Cover Assembly" to be able to get to the screw or
screws that hold that assembly in place. If you cannot figure out how to remove
the waste ink pad holder assembly [plastic box], you may need a service manual,
for the removal procedure.
Also Replace the following parts and
reset the counters as described below:
- Waste Ink Pads
- F Box
- Pump Assembly
- Cap Assembly
- Cleaner, Head
- From Maintenance Mode 2 enter the Counter Init. Menu and initialize the Waste
Ink counter and Cleaning counter.
